Software Engineering Manager / Tech Lead Ozon Tech 2019 — Present

Lead development of high-load Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and storage systems at Ozon. Architect highly available microservices, optimize performance of databases and messaging clusters. Help the business grow through continuous delivery of new functionality, while concurrently adapting the system to increasing loads.

Senior .NET Developer Fintech & PaaS Projects 2016 — 2019

Built reliable backend services using .NET Core and C#. Designed RESTful APIs, optimized complex SQL queries, and integrated message queues with third-party providers.

DotNext 2025 Speaker 2025

Presented a technical talk titled "Sharding: One Service's Tale". Explored the practical path of horizontally scaling primary database storage for a WMS, designing consistency models, and migrating live data with zero downtime.

Mentorship on GetMentor 2024 — Present

Mentoring developers on the GetMentor platform since 2024. Conducted 30+ mock interviews and helped candidates prepare for system design, architecture, and coding evaluations to secure roles in Big Tech.
